Claudius Bertheau Chief Executive Officer
Claudius Bertheau holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology in Aachen (RWTH). He started his professional career by joining the sales department of SIEMENS AG, Public Communication Networks based in Munich. As a member of the Global Account Management Group to closely follow the international activities of the European Telcos he spent one year in London in co-operation with SIEMENS global alliance partners GPT and Newbridge Networks. Moving on to Paris as an account manager for Cegetel and Colt, he helped entering Siemens’s switching technology into the French market. In his last position within SIEMENS France, Claudius helped build up Business Development for SIEMENS 3G/UMTS technology in the French market. In 1999 he left SIEMENS along with 2 of his French colleagues and a German management consultant (Kienbaum) to found AIRWEB. Claudius is CEO of the company with an operational focus on German and international Sales activities.
Xavier Debbasch Chief Operating Officer
Xavier Debbasch has an Engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique Paris. He started his career as project manager in the project management team of SIEMENS’s Public Networks Division in Paris. Kicking off as a member of the Sales Unit based at the SIEMENS headquarters in Munich, where he was in charge of the internal co-ordination of French Teleco RfQs, he then moved back to Paris and took over the Project Management for Intelligent Networks projects for French fixed and Mobile Operators combining co-operation with the customers and internal team co-ordination. End 1999, he participated in the foundation of AIRWEB where he serves as Chief Operating Officer.
Nicolas Porteix Chief Technical Officer
Nicolas Porteix holds two engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Telecommunications in Paris. He started his career as technical product manager in the Centre of Competence of SIEMENS’s Public Networks Division in Paris. Responsible for Intelligent Network services for GSM networks, he specified and supported a French GSM operator in the introduction of a fixed mobile VPN service. After one year, he took the responsibility of a dedicated team dealing with new innovative services mixing IN, Internet and WAP for GSM, GPRS and UMTS networks. In 1999, he participated in the foundation of AIRWEB where he serves as Chief Technical Officer.
Jörg Miller Chief Financial Officer
Jörg Miller graduated in Business Administration at the University of Technology in Aachen (RWTH). He started his professional career as a consultant by joining Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH where he worked in the areas of finance, company start-ups and business organisation. Among various other projects he has worked as a consultant in the telecommunications/new media sector for major companies like Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) and Samsung. End 1999, he participated in the foundation of AIRWEB where he serves as Chief Financial Officer.
Raphaël Tingaud Head of Sales and Marketing
Raphaël Tingaud is graduated from Rouen Business School (1992) and followed Babson College, MA Entrepreneurship Business Master (2003). He started his career in 1993 at CANON France (marketing assistant, then key account manager). In 1997, he joined SIEMENS Telecommunication Division to take care of SFR as key account manager on mobile networks. Between 1999 and 2003 he was successively promoted Domain Director within Siemens Operator Networks, Sales Director within Siemens Enterprise Networks and Orange Account Director within Siemens Mobile Phones.
In late 2003, he founded his own company “Café Bulles” in entertainment business. This entrepreneurial adventure ended in 2006, when he joined Airweb to be in charge of Business Development.
In 2008 he became Airweb Sales Director and since 2011 he is also in charge of Marketing.
Thomas Leblond Head of Projects and Content
Thomas Leblond studied Modern Litterature at the University of Paris IV La Sorbonne and Business at l'IPAG Business School, Paris.
He started his career as Press Officer for Gallimard Jeunesse Publishing.
He was involved in different projects in the Media and Communication field and then came back to PR as Press Officer for the French Museum Head Office (French Ministry of Culture and Communication).
He joined AIRWEB in May 2000 where he was first hired as Press Officer. He quickly moved on to new responsibilities such as Business Development and Project Management.
Since 2008, he is heading Airweb Projects and Content.
Amir Moussavi Head of Technical Development
Amir Moussavi has an Engineering degree from Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris. He started his career as Technical Product Support in Intelligent Network Customer Support Team of Siemens' Public Network Divison in Paris. After 1 year and half , he joined the Center of Competence of Siemens Paris as Technical Product Manager. Responsible of Intelligent Network - Mobile Value Added Services, he has designed and specified services and solutions by adapting the Siemens generic products to the French Mobile Operator's specific needs. He became then Product Manager of UMTS Mobile Value Added Services in Siemens Paris. He has joined Airweb in August 2000 as Technical Project Manager. He is the Director of the Technical Development team since 2008.
